Today, I want to talk about the versatility of SU stamp sets.  Whether you are a card maker, scrapbooker or both, our stamp sets can do wonders … just put your mind to it, and see what happens.

In scrapbooking, SU stamp sets are used as accents/background to your scrapbook pages.  I used the Under the Stars stamp set and used them as my accents.  These two layouts are my most recent scrapbook pages.  These were taken on the  May long weekend, my two younger sisters’ families and us were at Deception Pass State Park camping.

I started off with laying out my pictures.  Then added the accents (smores, bear and sleeping bag, title), and then I journal.  The title, S’mores and more smores, were die cut with our Go Go Boots Alphabet Set (113450 – must have if you are scrapbooking).

In cards, SU stamp sets are used as images.  Again, I used Under the Stars stamp set to show you the versatility.  The background image was stamped with Lovely as a Tree stamp set and using the circle scissor plus cutter to cut the circle.  The bear, sleeping bags, and s’more were stamped, colored and cut out.

Thanks for stopping by ~ Liz
