Happy Sunday Everyone,
What a brightful cold morning. Despite the frost outside, my Pacific Coast Stampers Team & family had our first Christmas dinner party at my house yesterday. This is my first year preparing something like this for my downlines and their family … I had so much fun with the cooking, sitting around, eating, drinking and chit chatting … and I hope this will be annual thing for me.
They all enjoyed themselves, as they all went home with a full stomach without having any room for desserts. Of course, I had to send some home. On top of that each of my girls received a snowman baby ornament gift to hang on their tree this year. These were handmade by me. These snow babies were a hit at my craft shows this year. They glass balls were coated in white acrylic paint, and the hats were made from baby socks. I then freely hand drawn the faces and put on a 1/2 pink pearl for the nose. The cheeks were crystal effects with a drop of pretty in pink mixed in. I then used the end of the pencil to dab their cheeks on. But before the cheeks dry, I sprinkled dazzling diamonds on to make it sparkle.
Here is the menu:
Devil Eggs Extreme
Honey Curry Chicken Wings
Cranberry Slow Cook Roast with Gravy
Candied Buttery Carrots
Mixed Green Salad with Maple Syrup Vinegarette Dressing
Rockie Road Brownies
Lemon Pound Cake with Strawberries & Whipping Cream
