What a beautiful week we have had. Nothing but sunshine. Yahoo! Spring is almost here.
As I learn more about computer components, I decided to take a plunge at building a better computer system for myself. Over the spread of the week I finally finished, and so far, no components exploded on me. It is in working order, yeah. A good pat on my shoulder. Although I cannot say that I did myself, I had a little guidance from my dear brother … he watched me and gave me some tips as I go through each installations.
I purchased the tower for future expansion.
Here is my motherboard … looks complicated, eh?
It really wasn’t as long as you follow the installation in order. I am very proud of myself. I’m look forward to building more computers, but at this time, don’t have the funds to do so. It was a great learning experience and I am proud to say that I did it.
Needless to say, as the sun is shining, I thought about spring. I had purchased the Embosslits Beautiful Wings, and now had a chance to play with it.
The Stampin’ Up! Embosslits Die is chemically etched die. Die measures 2-1/4″ x 2-1/2″ and includes a positive and negative image that allows simultaneous cutting and embossing. Die cuts card stock and Designer Series paper. Use it with standard cutting pads and the multipurpose platform (IB&C 194). 118138 Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Wings $15.95.
For the butterflies’ antennas, I took a piece of my broom bristles to create them. That is all I could think of at that time. LOL!
